This simple scheme is for intense weight loss in a short time, once helping me start burning fat and at the same time not bankrupt, such as a keto diet or a protein menu.

Eleven days, I follow a diet.At first, I thought such a menu was getting tired, and would not be satisfactory without bread and sugar.But it's pretty easy.Some tricks will be added (I'll write about them in the menu itself).
Therefore, after passing 11 days on a "budget" diet without playing sports, I issued -11kg.The swelling of the limbs and faces, which is always in the morning (apparently, the water stops long, due to bad food) running significantly.There is enough strength for a long time, despite the diet, and of course, lightness in the intestines and freshness to the skin, the incentive to pass through the diet is large.
What to buy for a diet:
- Fruits: lemon, apple (11 pieces, green and not sweet);
- Fresh chicken eggs (22 pieces);
- Vegetables, basically, other than potatoes (because of starch in composition, you have to push 11 days);
- Vegetables -Simple (more, better);
- Kefir (normal freshness, no use of low dairy products, they only spread appetite) - 500 ml per day;
- Mineral water (can be gas without gas), it is best to prevent constipation and swelling;
- Buckwheat and barley (with packs);
- Cheese (optional, can be replaced with cottage cheese).

Menu for 11 days:
Awakening:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (warm appearance);
Breakfast:Eggs and buckwheat cooked in a water bath in the evening, tea/coffee;
Lunch, after 1.5-2 hours: apple and mineral water;
Dinner:Palvka is cooked in a water bath in the evening, vegetable salads with vegetables (you can season with olive oil or sour cream), B/sugar drink;
Evening snacks:Eggs in any form, 1/2 tomato or cucumber, mineral water;
Dinner:Buckwheat (you can add onions+carrots in olive oil or hemp seeds and loot drinks;
Late dinner:Up to 500 ml of kefir.
In a dietThere is no meat, maybe that's why it's called a budget.But we take protein from eggs - cheap and very rich in useful ingredients.Also, cereals - buckwheat barley and pearls, contain several minerals and vitamins, which help to be more elastic, and the intestines are smooth and slowly clean.
Sports, training and increased physical activity on a short diet with a boring diet is not required.The body is not adapted to nutrition, excessive burden is nothing.But this does not exclude healthy walking, uniform sleep and skin care (self, bath, meditation).
